Donate the Date! Help us improve our playground today!
The goal of our Donate the Date fundraiser is to raise funds to update and enhance the playground equipment at the elementary school. Our current play structures are well-loved but aging, and new equipment will help provide students with a safe and engaging space to play, explore, and grow.
The updated play systems we hope to purchase range in cost from $30,000 to $55,000, depending on the size and features included. The system pictured above is estimated at $30,000, including tax, shipping, and installation. By working together as a community, we can make meaningful progress toward bringing new, exciting play opportunities to our students.
In addition to playground updates, if funds allow, we hope to add colorful murals to the long entryway halls in both the Elementary and Middle Schools. These murals will help brighten our buildings, showcase school spirit, and create welcoming spaces that inspire creativity and pride in our students.
A portion of all funds raised through this fundraiser will be dedicated to the playground project. If we do not raise enough to complete the updates immediately, a portion will be set aside and saved for future use toward the playground improvements. The exact percentage (up to 100%) to be reserved will be voted on at our PTO meeting on December 15 at 6:00 PM.
In addition to monetary donations, we are also seeking prize donations for our student fundraisers.
